"On Nov. 19 2008 ZQ was picked up. A village in Wushe of Shuangqiao Village of
Qingquan Town of Shandan County picked up a boy, 7-8 months old without a note
and objects and was sent to social welfare institute on the same day. The baby
was estimated born on Mar 9 2008 according to his physical development.
"When admission the child was 66 cm in height, 7.3 kg in weight, 42cm in head size, 41cm in chest size; moderate nutrition, normal development, normal limb motion, and no murmurs heard in the heart. He was not sensitive to the sounds and did not respond to the outside sounds. The parenting method is artificial feeding, mainly on milk and milk powder (Yili milk powder), 7 times per day, 45-150ml each time, sleep of 20-22 hours and deep sleep. After 3 months complementary food were added with fruit juice, yolk, porridge, bean milk powder and rice flour. The diet was mainly on milk and milk powder, meal time was 7:00, 11:00. 16:30, 21:30, 2:30; 180-240ml each time, sleep of 16-20 hours. Now Zhang Qiang is 4 years old, 17kg in weight, 105cm in height, 51cm in head size, 53cm in chest size, good nutrition, and normal development. Now the diet is mainly on the staple food, milk in the morning and evening, good habit. He is open and active, likes observing objects, has a strong imitating ability and can express his needs with facial expression and hands flexible.
He is vaccinated on schedule according to the children’s planned immunization program. He has a good appetite, has never had severe diseases and injury except cold and occasional dyspepsia, he has normal mental development."
He is noted to be timid, but has a ready smile.
