She is a beautiful little girl, and has a tendency to be hyperactive and inattentive, which is affecting her ability to progress in school. Her records show that her houseparents have done an excellent job of directing her to be the best she can be in that environment, and in fact it is noted that she will put herself in time-out if she is overwhelmed and needs to regroup! What she really needs is parents who will provide her the one-on-one attention that would help her thrive.
